1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Langford Asset Tokenization platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the Platform you represent that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including securities and AML regulations.
3. Platform Services
Langford provides technology infrastructure for the tokenization of real-world assets, including asset listings, fractional token purchases via fiat (Stripe) or cryptocurrency (Polygon network), portfolio management, and secondary market functionality. Langford is a technology provider and does not provide investment advice.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and connected wallet private keys. Langford never has access to your wallet private keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Asset Listings & Tokenization
Users may submit assets for tokenization. All listings are subject to review and approval. You represent that you hold valid legal title to any asset you submit and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
6. Payments & Fees
Purchases may be made in fiat currency or MATIC. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; verify all details before confirming. A platform fee of up to 2.5% may apply to marketplace transactions. Gas fees are borne by the user.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, fraud, or any unlawful activity; upload malicious content; or attempt to interfere with the Platform’s smart contracts or infrastructure.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and software are the property of Langford & Co or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langford shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of digital assets, arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes & Termination
We may modify these Terms or suspend the Platform at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
